Buddy has been on Raw from 3 months old we originally sourced it from an online company but had so many issues with it. we found Romney Raw and have never looked back great variety of products even if you are on a budget. We brought Buddy over to the shop today to pick up an order but to also ask Hannah for some advice, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what was wrong with our fur baby, we will be using the product and are hopeful it will work. Also taken advice re the medication from our vet. Buddy suffers pollen allergy mainly Rye grass, and also thanx to Hannah's knowledge Alopecia on his back/cheeks. Thankyou so much Hannah we shall bring Buddy back with a super shiny healthy coat

Parents of Zues the staffy - we started Zues on his raw food transition from a very young pup to give him the best start in life, he loves going into the shop and licking the dog treats on display! Haha, since he’s been on raw food his coat is amazing, he has so much energy and overall loves his breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday, the shop is well stocked with plenty of options and variety for customers and the staff are so friendly and helpful and love seeing the customers and their dogs highly recommend!

Before finding Romney Raw we had tried so many leading brands of dog kibble. Belle (our Labrador) would eat half a bag and then get bored. This was becoming very expensive and was such a waste. So we then looked into feeding her raw food and this is where we found Romney Raw. Hannah and Mark went above and beyond helping us to transition Belle from kibble to raw food. They were there every step of the way with us and any questions or concerns we had they were there to help us. Now our Belle licks her bowl clean every time and looks forward to her breakfast and dinner. We also as doggie parents feel better as we know she is getting all the nutrients she needs and is keeping a healthy steady weight. So thank you Hannah and Mark at Romney Raw for making our Belle and us very happy.

Romney Raw you are fantastic - it's the first time i have ever feed a dog raw food, but it was recommended by the breeder of my puppy Thor and you have been amazing. Giving me advice on how it works, sorting out the bowl issues. and helping me with chasing the best things to give my little chewing companion. I went to Romney Raw after starting dog training with Peter, (Hannah's dad), there is also a lovely secure field that you can hire. I wish I’d known sooner that there was a proper raw food supplier not far from me. The shop is a real gem, it’s lovely and clean and the shelves are well stocked, it sells everything you could want to feed, treat or supplement your dogs food. Hannah & Mark are very knowledgeable and helpful and all round lovely people. I am there every other week getting supplies for my lot and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
It’s a nice drive too.

I came across Romney Raw quite by accident when I was researching a natural diet for our 2 rescue dogs. I wanted a supplier of 'The Dog's Butcher' and discovered this amazing shop only 10 miles from my home which stocks it, as well as many other natural products. One of our dogs, Elsa, was on a recommended 'natural' diet but lacked energy, was not enthusiastic about her food, had episodes of being unwell, and was generally unhappy.....hence my reason to change her diet. Since being on The Dog's Butcher, she has completely changed in a month. She 'plays the piano', tap-dancing at feed time, is there in the kitchen waiting for her food, has brighter eyes and has more energy. She has also had not one episode of being unwell. The staff at Romney Raw are very knowledgeable and passionate about their products and I am so grateful to have found them as both our dogs look so much healthier and happier on their new diet.

Mark and Hannah and Hannah's mum were absolutely brilliant when we got a German Shepherd. There’s so much stuff on the internet about raw food, we was confused so someone suggested Romney Raw and when we went they was so helpful with the help - no question too silly. It turns out they helped us to sort out Rolo's diet, as it turns out he was allergic to chicken. He’s now on the right raw food thanks to their help, and he loves going there every month to pick his food up. We couldn’t ask for a better place to go to get your raw food, friendly, helpful and full of treats too if you need them, They know all the ingredients in the food so they go straight away what Rolo can’t have. Highly recommend them, absolutely lovely family run business and as a bonus, they have an agility course which were allowed to use - if he ever Learns The goats don’t want to play with him!

Since swapping Kodi to raw food I've noticed his more calmer (still a nutter LOL), but calmer. His fur is shiny and his eager to eat, leaving a nice shiny bowl afterwards. Not to mention he absolutely loves the dog treats, especially the dried liver - we are never turning back now.
